Saw Palmetto — timing, dose & interactions

Palm-berry extract used for urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate. An updated Cochrane review found saw palmetto alone gives little to no benefit for those symptoms. It is well tolerated and doesn't affect PSA readings.
