FAQ

Common questions

When is the best time to take Copper?

Breakfast. Take with a meal to reduce stomach upset.

Should Copper be taken with food?

Yes. Taking it with a meal reduces stomach upset.

Can you take Copper with Zinc?

Yes — in fact, anyone taking higher-dose zinc long-term should usually get some copper too. Keep total zinc at or below 40 mg/day unless supervised. If you take ≥25 mg daily for months, use a formula that includes 1–2 mg copper (roughly a 10–15:1 ratio). Spacing doses apart does not prevent this effect.
