Tongkat Ali — timing, dose & interactions

Root of the Southeast Asian shrub Eurycoma longifolia, marketed for testosterone and libido. A meta-analysis of five small trials found it raised total testosterone, mainly in men with low levels. In healthy volunteers it reduced absorption of the blood-pressure drug propranolol.
