Piperine + Resveratrol
Can you take Piperine and Resveratrol together?
SynergyAnimal / lab only
Probably yes — though the evidence comes from mice.
What to do. Optional. Same drug-interaction caveat as piperine with curcumin.
Mechanism
Piperine may increase resveratrol exposure
In mice, co-administered piperine greatly increased peak resveratrol levels by slowing its glucuronidation. This has not been confirmed in humans.
Evidence: Animal / lab only — Evidence limited to animal or cell studies.
